The biggest challenges Winnipeg is facing - like climate change, global instability, affordability, and homelessness - aren’t solely the responsibility of the city. The solutions to these big problems can only be achieved through partnership with the provincial and federal governments, and by learning from the mistakes and victories of other municipalities. I’m committed to working with all levels of government to tackle big problems together.
